Hi I'm DJ also known as RunBTR, This blog is dedicated to my running/fitness journey. I started running in 2015 doing Couch to 5k. Running various distances from a marathon to countless 5k's.
I started this journey at 340 lbs. while my weight loss has been an up and down journey I'm still carving away at it. My current running goal is to train for the 2021 Louisiana Marathon and run it under 4 hours or faster.
My current training plan is a modified version of Runner's World's half marathon beginner program.
