Road to 170 – Starting Line

One of my 2018 goals is to get to 170 lbs. by the end of the year, but I plan to do it before August.(or that’s the plan lol)

How I plan to make it happen

  • Average about 2500 calories daily
  • Meal prep during work week
  • Run 4 times a week
  • Lift twice a week
  • 20,000 steps daily
